Okay, so I know I haven't actually left the state yet so I shouldn't have my first blog yet, but I received this email from Adventure to Fitness and decided to pass it along! As I'm going on my adventure this summer, I encourage all of you to continue with the fitness adventure we started this year in our class!!! Remember, "Never stop moving!"
